Membership

Voluntary membership open to individuals 18+. Three membership categories: Founder Members, Ordinary Members, and Honorary Members with defined rights and obligations.

Board of Directors

Leadership composed of Chairperson, Executive Secretary, Treasurer, and six Board Members. Elected for 5-year terms by General Meeting with re-election possible.

General Meeting

Supreme organ of the organization where all members participate in major decisions through democratic voting. Held annually with 21 days notice.

Financial Management

Transparent financial management with dual bank account signatories (2 of 3 required for transactions). Annual budgets and audited reports submitted to General Meeting.

Chairperson

Executive Secretary

  • Calls meetings in consultation with Chairperson

Treasurer

  • Manages all organizational funds
  • Prepares annual budget and estimates
  • Maintains financial records and accounts
  • Presents financial statements to General Meeting
